The hotel in Middleton was our pick. The staff was incredibly nice, and the venue was wonderful, making for a fine stay. The room was a decent size and had a balcony and sofa sleeper. The restaurant was great too.

We had a great time staying in a hotel with a small "water park" for our family trip with two small kids. The location was convenient, with easy access to downtown restaurants and other attractions in the Madison area. The room was clean and spacious, with a separate area for the kids. The staff provided quick, professional check-in and check-out services. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the attached restaurant, where kids ate for free. it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The elevator wait times were a bit long, which was a minor inconvenience.

The pool area was awesome. We have two toddlers and the pool areas fit their needs completely. The restaurant was a 10 out of 10, the manager was very active and was checking to make sure we had a grat experience. The room was at such a good price I couldn't believe it.

There were a couple lifeguards that were a bit intense and powerhungry. The cleaning staff wasnt very good with their cleaning schedule since we told them to come back in an hour because we would be goin to the zoo. We came back from the zoo 5 hours later to no clean towels or cleaning service, five minutes later a knock on the door lol.

Didn't know the King room we reserved was going to be a family style bunkhouse. As we are seniors I would like comfy chair or sofa to sit in instead of the lower birth of a bunk bed.

Everything was simply great. The location was marvellous in a great area, near downtown restaurants. We found nice Barriques nearby with hot beverages. The breakfast had variety of decent food and drinks...

our stay at holiday inn was amazing! check-in was smooth, we had a quiet room on the top floor, and the food was awesome. the pool and lifeguards were friendly and attentive. overall, a great stay.

The personnel in the restaurant was very friendly

I traveled for work and stayed in other Holiday Inns for 2 yrs. This was the first time I was not happy with the quality of the room. The picture of the pool on the web site was very deceiving of the size of the pool. The pool was more for kids then adults. The TV guide for the room for HMO was for July not for August.
